This production line is specifically designed for the quenching and tempering treatment (quenching + tempering) of round steel bars (alloy steel, stainless steel, etc.). Through precise heat treatment processes, the round steel achieves a hardness range of HRC 45-55, while simultaneously improving its strength, toughness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, thereby meeting the technical requirements for high-quality grinding rods. The equipment adopts a continuous online operation mode: rapidly heating the round steel to approximately 1000°C, achieving surface hardening through spray quenching, followed by tempering, ultimately completing the entire quenching and tempering process to ensure uniform and stable product performance.

Continuous Tempering: The quenched round steel is transported via the roller table into the tempering induction zone for stress relief and microstructure stabilization.
Finished Product Discharge: The quenched and tempered grinding rods are automatically discharged into collection or subsequent processing stations.
