Fast heating; VFD-driven roller feeding with module-to-module speed sync; anti-slip detection with safe stop; grouped temperature/water monitoring (LED + PLC/HMI).
1) Feeding mechanics
Infeed roller conveyor (VFD): HMI shows mm/min; auto conversion from frequency to linear speed by bar diameter.
Support-roller feeder (VFD): synchronized with the infeed conveyor.
Active pressure roller (pneumatic): no bar→up; bar present→down (sensor-driven).
Slip control: below setpoint→alarm; bar stop→automatic shutdown.
Intermediate feeder: synchronized with infeed module.
End feeder: slightly faster; pneumatic drop HMI-timed to space bars 2–5 mm.
Outcome:Stable kinematics, consistent spacing, smooth hand-off into heating/quench zones.

2) Water & temperature control
Normally-closed thermal switches; LED indicators pinpoint faults.
Each node is a separate control group (smallest diagnostic unit) into PLC; statuses on HMI.

Groups:
1) Each inductor; 2) Capacitor bank; 3) Reactor; 4) Thyristor/others; 5) Water-cooling loop (pressure/flow).
