Yuantuo’s induction quenching line is engineered for thin-wall rectangular and square steel tubes, widely used in automotive lightweight structures—such as rectangular-tube bumper beams—and other applications requiring high strength and wear resistance. Conveyor Roller Design
- Between inductors: non-magnetic 304 stainless-steel rollers with water cooling for stable transport, efficient heating/cooling, and extended service life.

Independently Driven Feed Axes
Each feed axis uses its own motor–gear reducer with an independent VFD. Segment-wise speed control matches different process requirements (grade, size, wall thickness), improving stability, residence-time accuracy, and final part consistency.
Robust Recipe Management
The recipe system automatically recalls process parameters based on inputs such as steel grade, outside dimensions, and wall thickness—reducing manual error, shortening changeovers, and sustaining throughput.
Multi-Loop Automatic Control
For sites with unstable utilities, the system incorporates high-grade temperature/voltage control loops. It maintains target setpoints and process consistency even with ±20% mains-voltage fluctuation.
