Steel Bar Quench and Temper Line

Yuantuo provides customized steel bar induction quench and temper lines for round bars, alloy steel bars, anchor bolts, wind power bolts, lead screws, hydraulic cylinder rods, sucker rods and grinding rods. The line can be configured with induction heating, quenching, tempering, roller conveying, infrared temperature measurement and PLC control according to bar diameter, material, output and target hardness.
